We ship thousands of orders each month and are looking for a reliable Seasonal Fulfillment Associate to support our team during the busy holiday season. Job Summary As a Seasonal Fulfillment Associate, you'll help our warehouse team accurately pack and ship customer orders during Q4. You'll primarily support order fulfillment while also gaining exposure to customer service and the day-to-day operations of a growing e-commerce brand. This is a seasonal position running approximately October through the end of December, with the possibility of continued employment based on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare online orders for shipment Verify products and order information for accuracy Conduct basic product quality control while packing Apply shipping labels and organize completed shipments Help receive, count, and organize incoming inventory Assist with returns, exchanges, and restocking Assemble packaging and prepare materials ahead of peak volume Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse Assist with basic customer-service tasks, including order-status questions, address changes, returns, and exchanges Support the fulfillment and customer-experience teams wherever needed during busy periods Qualifications Fulfillment, shipping, warehouse, retail stock, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required Strong attention to detail Ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a small team Positive attitude and willingness to learn Basic computer literacy Ability to lift 20-30 lbs and remain on your feet for most of the shift Must live within commuting distance of Marlboro, NJ What We Offer $17.00 per hour Consistent weekday hours during the holiday season Opportunity to earn a performance-based Q4 bonus Exposure to both e-commerce fulfillment and customer service Employee discount on Triple Crown Jewelry products Positive, fast-paced, and team-oriented work environment Potential opportunity to continue beyond the seasonal period Schedule Monday through Friday Approximately 30-40 hours per week Occasional extended hours during
