Attention to detail Materials handling Full Job Description ALUR , an award-winning manufacturer of demountable glass walls, is looking for warehouse associates to join our team. Summary As a CDL Driver, you will be integral to the efficient operation of our distribution center/fabrication facility, reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager. Your primary responsibilities will be a combination of materials handling, heavy lifting, and managing inventory through various systems, as well as driving a box truck for deliveries from Boston to Virginia. You will ensure accurate shipping and on-time deliveries. Join our team to contribute to a streamlined and effective warehouse environment. Responsibilities Drive a box truck (requires a CDL) from Boston to Virginia. Perform heavy lifting and materials handling to ensure efficient movement of goods within the warehouse. Manage inventory by tracking stock levels and conducting regular audits. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to OSHA and DOT safety standards. Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations and improve workflow. This is a full-time position. The regular shift time is 7 am to 4 pm , with two, half-hour, unpaid breaks. Availability to start early/end late is required as certain delivery windows require off-hours ( all hours over 40 are premium overtime ). Qualifications- CDL Driver's License ( MUST HAVE
