August 12, 2026 General Labor Fence Moorestown, NJ $18 / per hour Temp Apply Now Back Job Description Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Fence Laborer and play a vital role in constructing, installing, and maintaining high-quality fencing solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We are placing three General Laborers for a short-term cleanup and demo support project at a commercial facility for one of our clients. Work starts August 11th and continues until the project is complete. The client is anticipating approximately 2 weeks. This is a great opportunity for dependable laborers looking for immediate, local, temp work. Responsibilities Assisting with takedown of chain link fencing inside the facility Supporting conveyor dismantlement — material handling and cleanup Cleaning and clearing garage areas and surrounding facility grounds This is a hands-on, physical role in an industrial/commercial environment. Steel-toed boots and PPE are required on site. Assist in reading and interpreting construction plans and technical drawings to accurately execute fence installation projects Prepare work sites by handling building materials, setting up equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other construction machinery safely and effectively for fence assembly and installation Perform heavy lifting of fencing materials such as posts, panels, concrete blocks, and landscape features to support efficient project progress Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety standards related to power tool use, construction site safety, and material handling Collaborate with team members to interpret blueprints and technical drawings for precise fence placement and alignment Experience Prior experience in construction or outdoor labor roles is highly preferred; familiarity with fence construction projects is a plus Demonstrated ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and interpret technical drawings effectively Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety protocol adherence and construction material handling Strong physical stamina for outdoor work involving heavy lifting, repetitive tasks, and exposure to varying weather conditions Excellent communication skills with a customer service-oriented mindset for working directly with clients or project managers Bring your enthusiasm for outdoor work and your dedication to craftsmanship as you grow your skills in a supportive environment committed to safety and excellence.
