Why People Choose Flexcraft Set 2-2-3 schedule (know your days off ahead of time) Every other weekend off Work fewer days with 12-hour shifts Overtime available based on business needs Hands-on role that directly supports production Opportunity to grow What You ll Do Keep machines supplied with raw materials to prevent downtime Scan materials and move finished goods to correct locations Monitor blenders, grinders, and equipment and report issues Support changeovers and startup preparation Perform line clearances and verify materials Move finished products to staging and prepare for shipment Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Follow FIFO, GMP, and standard work instructions Help the team where needed, including covering breaks What We re Looking For High school diploma 2+ years of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred Experience in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using scanners, pallet jacks, and basic equipment Strong attention to detail and safety Reliable and shows up ready to work Able to stay organized in a busy environment Nice to

Have:

Plastics or blow molding experience Experience with grinders, blenders, or auxiliary equipment
