Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced logistics operation! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse distribution, accurate inventory management, and efficient order fulfillment. Responsibilities Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software to track stock levels, process shipments, and update records accurately. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment to ensure timely delivery. Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct shipping & receiving activities, verifying shipment accuracy and completing necessary documentation for trade compliance and international trade regulations. Maintain organized stock areas through stocking, packaging, and inventory control procedures to optimize warehouse space and accessibility. Perform data entry tasks related to order fulfillment, inventory updates, and shipment tracking with precision. Support warehouse distribution processes by coordinating with logistics teams to meet delivery deadlines and improve overall warehouse operations. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all warehouse activities. Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and resolving discrepancies promptly to maintain accurate stock records. Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided. Familiarity with warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, order picking & packing, and inventory management is highly desirable. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory management software is a plus. Basic math skills are essential for counting stock quantities and processing transactions accurately. Experience operating forklifts, RF scanners, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment is advantageous; certification is preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail combined with excellent organizational skills will help ensure accuracy in all tasks. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards is critical for success in this role.
