Full Job Description Job Overview:

Peerless Umbrella Co., Inc., a growing manufacturing company in Newark, NJ is seeking a reliable and motivated Production & Warehouse Associate to join the team. This entry-level role supports daily production by preparing products, applying graphics and labels, operating heat press and printing equipment, performing quality checks, and packaging finished goods for shipment. This position is covered under a collective bargaining agreement and is part of a Union workforce.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare products for production
• Operate equipment as needed
• Apply labels or materials
• Inspect for quality
• Assist with packaging and shipping
• Maintain clean workspace
• Follow safety procedures
• Support warehouse operations
• Other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or production experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
