Chemical Operations:

General chemical manufacturing experience, 5+ years Experience with flammable solvents and glass reactors Ability to read and understand safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Maintain and repair basic equipment Basic arithmetic skills using whole numbers, fractions, decimals, and units of measure Ability to compute weight, volume, ratios, percentages, and unit conversions Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations

Shipping, Receiving, and Warehouse:

Experience with forklift and pallet jack operation Shipping and receiving experience Prepare outbound shipments, including placing customer-specific labels, packing slips, and shipping documentation Assist with inbound and outbound shipments, including loading and unloading Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials and finished goods Support all warehouse needs, including ISO rules Take ownership of warehouse organization and inventory control to ensure materials are properly stored, labeled, and accessible. Conduct routine inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy Pay $25.00 - $27.00/hr

Facility and First Floor Support:

Main occupant of the first floor and responsible for keeping it clean, organized, and presentable Answer the door and receive visitors, vendors, and carriers Collect and remove trash throughout the building Manage solvent waste collection, labeling, staging, and coordination of disposal pickups General housekeeping of production and storage areas provide training on solvent and hazardous waste handling Conduct routine safety and equipment inspections

Grounds Maintenance:

Maintain the exterior grounds and parking lot, including general clean up and weed removal Assist with water removal following occasional flooding
