$16.00-$17.00 per hour About the Role Focus Camera is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Maintenance Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. This role is ideal for someone with previous warehouse or maintenance experience who takes pride in keeping a facility operating efficiently. Responsibilities Operate an industrial floor sweeping machine to maintain clean and safe warehouse floors. Collect cardboard, packaging materials, and other recyclable items throughout the warehouse. Safely operate a cardboard baler to compact recyclable materials. Empty trash receptacles and maintain clean waste disposal areas. Keep warehouse aisles, workstations, and common areas clean and organized. Assist with general warehouse housekeeping and facility maintenance tasks. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Perform additional warehouse support duties as assigned. Qualifications 6 months to 1 year of warehouse, janitorial, facilities, or maintenance experience required. Previous experience operating warehouse cleaning equipment or a cardboard baler is a plus but not required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift. Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and workplace safety.
