We are a small family owned distribution company seeking someone to learn our business and grow with us. Applicant must be able to adapt to change as we continue to grow. Responsibilities:

• Report to Warehouse Manager for daily tasks
• Load pallets with forklift into and out of high racking
• Load/unload trucks with forklift
• Must be able to work independently and efficiently in a fast paced environment
• Accurately receive incoming shipment and inspect for damages or shorts
• Pour or repack lot specific material into smaller packages to a precise weight measurement
• Check, verify and fill customer pick lists with extreme attention to detail, no room for mistakes
• Abide by all company safety, hygiene and general policies
• Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
• Keep warehouse clean and organized daily

Requirements:

• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• Proven warehouse experience
• Must have minimum 2 years stand up forklift experience with ability to load pallets in and out of racking and on/off of trucks in a fast paced environment, will test
• Team player with organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to collaborate and communicate well with others
