Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced logistics operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse distribution, accurate inventory management, and efficient order fulfillment. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments using pallet jacks, and dolls to ensure proper handling and storage Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, adhering to quality standards and shipping deadlines. Conduct inventory counts and audits regularly to maintain optimal stock levels and identify discrepancies promptly Assist in loading outbound shipments efficiently while ensuring compliance with shipping & receiving protocols and trade regulations Support packaging processes for various products, ensuring secure and compliant packing methods for domestic and international shipments Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment by following safety procedures and participating in regular safety audits Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or related roles with familiarity using inventory management software and ERP systems Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely; certification is preferred but not mandatory Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for data entry, reporting, and communication purposes Knowledge of shipping logistics, order picking & packing, load & unload procedures, and trade compliance standards Excellent attention to detail with the ability to perform data entry accurately under time constraints Customer service mindset with effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and support internal/external stakeholders This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow within a vibrant warehouse environment.
