$800-$1300/ weekly Top performers earn up to $1,300 and get paid weekly Warehouse Associate Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, and field logistics activities. This position plays a key role in ensuring products are accurately received, processed, loaded, and delivered while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working both in the warehouse and assisting with transportation and delivery operations as needed. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment or delivery. Load, unload, and organize materials using proper handling procedures. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and audits. Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Assist with product movement, stocking, and replenishment activities. Support route preparation by staging materials and verifying delivery paperwork. Accompany delivery personnel on local routes as needed to assist with loading, unloading, and customer deliveries. Help secure products during transport and ensure items arrive safely and in good condition. Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and supervisors. Operate warehouse equipment and tools in accordance with company policies (training provided as applicable). Perform general warehouse, logistics, and operational support duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse, logistics, material handling, or delivery support experience is a plus. Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Dependable attendance and reliability. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Forklift experience is a plus but not required. Work Environment Warehouse and logistics environment with exposure to varying temperatures. Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of materials. Occasional travel on local delivery routes to support transportation operations and customer service needs. #CB
