Job Description
10pm-5:30am Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Clerk to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods within the facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to warehouse management. Duties Operate warehouse management systems and inventory management software to track stock levels, process orders, and update records accurately. Assist with order picking, packing, and preparing shipments in accordance with shipping logistics standards. Use RF scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts to load and unload goods safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate data entry for inventory updates, stock movements, and shipment documentation. Ensure compliance with trade regulations and international trade requirements during shipping and receiving processes. Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing stock storage areas and verifying inventory accuracy. Prepare packaging materials and perform stock replenishment tasks to ensure optimal inventory levels. Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate order fulfillment schedules and resolve any discrepancies. Assist in maintaining safety protocols within the warehouse environment. Skills Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory management software. Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately. Excellent data entry skills coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of international trade regulations and trade compliance standards. Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail. Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills. Familiarity with MRPs (Material Requirements Planning) systems is a plus. This role is vital for ensuring the seamless movement of goods through our supply chain.
