Job Summary The Supply Chain Operator facilitates the end-to-end flow of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring our production team has what they need exactly when they need it. This role is a blend of physical warehouse management and strategic inventory control. You are on the frontline of guarding our efficiency, accuracy, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities Warehouse & Logistics Support Inbound/Outbound Coordination :

Manage the receiving of raw materials and the shipping of finished goods, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and timely.

Storage Strategy :

Support warehouse organization using FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired-First-Out) principles to minimize waste and maximize freshness.

Inventory & Production Support Inventory Control :

Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories to maintain 100% data accuracy within our systems.

Production Coordination :

Work closely with the production team to ensure raw materials are staged and ready for the daily production schedule.

Supply Chain Support :

Monitor stock levels and support Supply Chain Manager to place orders, track lead times, and resolve any delivery discrepancies by logging all material movement in real time. Experience:

Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management.

Technical Skills:

Ability to work in email, Excel, and inventory management software.

Interpersonal Skills:

Strong organizational habits, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

Physical Requirements :

Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks), as well as the following:

Standing & Walking :

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift).

Lifting & Carrying :

Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

Repetitive Movements :

Frequent use of hands and arms to perform repetitive tasks such as grasping, handling, assembling, or operating machinery.

Manual Dexterity :

Ability to use hand tools, machinery controls, and equipment with coordination and precision.

Bending & Reaching :

Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, and reaching above shoulder level.

Climbing :

Occasional use of stairs, ladders, or platforms.

Visual Requirements :

Adequate vision (with or without correction) to read instructions, labels, gauges, and safety warnings.

Hearing Requirements :

Ability to hear alarms, equipment sounds, and verbal instructions in a potentially noisy environment (hearing protection may be required).

Work Environment Tolerance :

Ability to work in conditions that may include noise, temperature fluctuations (hot/cold), dust/fumes/odors, and use of PPE.

Endurance & Stamina :

Ability to maintain focus and physical activity throughout the duration of the shift, including overtime when required.
