Learn More Warehouse Associate - Pennsauken, NJ To coordinate the flow of products and parts through the warehouse, effectively using available space. Responsible for shipping, receiving, pulling parts for jobs, and establishing stocking locations. Job Summary

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIITIES
Responsible for moving, stocking, receiving, and packaging outbound warehouse inventory. Assists in inventory counts. Receive daily items upon arrival (UPS, freight trucks, etc.). Verify count and description of all items received. Operate forklift for storage and shipments. Use hand-trucks and/or overhead cranes to store and ship product. Responsible for entering information regarding all materials and supplies, shipped and received, into computer system. Pull parts and supply to production department for use in completing work orders. Enhance professional growth and development as technology advances. Perform related duties as assigned by Supervisor. Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures. Qualifications
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Must have High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse experience preferred. Performs work under minimal supervision. Ability to work as part of a team. Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. Proven ability to meet deadlines and follow directions.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job duties consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards. Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. Frequent walking and/or standing is required. Frequent bending, pushing/pulling, lifting/carrying of parts. Ability to work safely and adhere to the Swanson Safety System in daily job duties.
