The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, This role requires strong skills in supply chain management, budgeting, and process improvement to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
Job Hours:
10am to 4pm +/- Responsibilities Works hand in hand with the operations manager and warehouse manager Receive incoming shipments and check that each unit is in excellent condition with serials recorded according to the purchase order as well as verify quantity. (Quality Control) Excel at daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service. Prepare shipments based on packing slips for orders that need to go out daily Scan serial numbers to live excel document (purchase orders, ebay, and wholesale orders) Complete daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment and inventory management. Oversee budgeting processes to ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining quality standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely availability of materials and supplies. Utilize palette jack, hand truck and dolly for the movement of goods within the warehouse as needed. Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency. Maintaining shipping supply quantities by replenishing materials via staples pickup. Take out the trash once a week and breakdown boxes and dispose of them Qualifications Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices. Experience with budgeting and financial oversight related to warehouse operations. Familiarity with demand planning techniques and order fulfillment processes. Proficiency in process improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency. Strong communication skills, must be fluent in English Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. Must have a driver license and vehicle.
