This role is fast paced and requires someone who can stay organized under pressure, think on their feet, and lead by example on the floor.
Job Hours:
10am to 4pm +/- Responsibilities Pack and ship orders quickly and accurately, meeting daily volume targets Inspect incoming units against purchase orders, verify quantities, check for damage or defects, and flag discrepancies before stock is shelved Oversee inventory levels and packaging supplies, reordering as needed Train and coordinate any additional warehouse staff Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse space Track shipments, orders, inventory, and PO discrepancies using Excel (spreadsheets, basic formulas, data entry) Troubleshoot problems on the fly, damaged product, mislabeled orders, last minute rush shipments, without losing composure Multitask across receiving, inspection, packing, and shipping simultaneously during busy periods Qualifications Valid driver's license Able to lift up to 90 lbs Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices. Proficient in Excel (comfortable with spreadsheets, basic formulas, and organizing data) Strong attention to detail, able to catch damaged, mismatched, or short shipped units against a PO Strong common sense and problem solving ability, someone who doesn't need everything spelled out for them to work Proven reliability: consistent attendance, punctuality, and follow through Ability to stay calm and effective during high pressure, high volume periods Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or quality inspection experience preferred What we're looking for: Someone efficient, dependable, and honorable.
