In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, operating heavy equipment, and supporting the seamless flow of warehouse operations. Your proactive approach will ensure accurate order fulfillment, safe handling of materials, and optimal warehouse distribution processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where teamwork and precision drive success. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping and receiving, ensuring timely fulfillment according to customer specifications. Assist with shipping and receiving activities by verifying shipments, inspecting goods, and documenting inbound/outbound transactions. Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to OSHA safety standards and mechanical best practices for heavy equipment operation. Support warehouse supervision by participating in inventory audits, cycle counts, and process improvements to enhance overall warehouse distribution efficiency. Requirements Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during order picking & packing activities. Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory; a strong team-oriented attitude is essential.
Pay:
$23.00 - $26.00 per hour
