You will handle products throughout the entire warehouse process—from the moment inventory arrives until customer orders leave the building. Success in this role means orders ship on time and accurately, inventory is properly organized, and the quantities recorded in the warehouse system match what is physically on the shelf. This position is ideal for someone who works carefully, follows procedures, keeps an organized workspace, and reports discrepancies instead of working around them. Duties Operate material handling equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move inventory safely and efficiently Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy using barcode scanning technology and warehouse management systems Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of goods using manual handling techniques and heavy equipment Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated warehouse areas following safety protocols and company standards Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory management to maintain accurate stock levels Ensure all shipping and receiving activities adhere to safety procedures and quality standards Support warehouse distribution activities by maintaining a clean, organized workspace and following safety guidelines at all times Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers preferred; warehouse supervisor experience is a plus Ability to operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks confidently and safely Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning for logistics, RF scanners, and inventory management systems Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy items safely while using personal protective equipment (PPE) Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately Excellent attention to detail for order picking & packing, inventory control, and shipping & receiving processes Ability to follow safety protocols diligently and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and support overall warehouse operations Join us as a Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate to be part of an energetic team dedicated to excellence in logistics!
