Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Associate Roseland, NJ (On-Site) | $18-$21/hour | Multiple Shifts Available At Medusa Distribution, we're building a warehouse operation where speed, accuracy, and teamwork drive everything we do. We're hiring Warehouse Associates to support day-to-day operations across picking, packing, shipping, and inventory handling. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and a strong work ethic are key. What You'll Do This is an active, floor-based role where you'll be moving, scanning, and handling products throughout your shift.

Core responsibilities include:

Pick orders accurately using handheld scanners Pack and ship customer orders using warehouse systems Retrieve products from various warehouse locations Organize and maintain inventory within assigned areas Assist with stock replenishment and put-away Ensure order accuracy and quality before shipment Support general warehouse operations as needed What You Bring We're looking for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to contribute to a team environment.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED At least 1 year of warehouse or related experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Nice to have: Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) Previous experience with picking, packing, or shipping operations Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 35 lbs Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout an 8-10 hour shift Schedule Monday-Friday shifts: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM or 7:30 PM Weekend shifts available 9AM-5
