Overview Join our dynamic team as a General Laborer in the Material Shop, where your energy and mechanical aptitude will keep our manufacturing operations running smoothly! In this vital role, you will assist with the handling, assembly, and organization of materials and components essential to our production process. Your hands-on skills and proactive approach will contribute directly to maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced manufacturing facility while supporting the backbone of our operations. Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts and power tools to move, load, and unload materials within the warehouse and manufacturing areas Assist with the assembly of parts and components on the assembly line, ensuring quality standards are met Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, ensuring materials are stored correctly and easily accessible Use hand tools to perform routine maintenance, repairs, or adjustments on equipment and materials Support manufacturing processes by preparing materials for production runs and assisting with packaging or shipping tasks Conduct safety inspections of work areas, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and proper use of equipment Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining a clean and organized workspace Skills Experience operating forklifts ( will train if no priot experience) and familiarity with warehouse or factory environments Mechanical knowledge related to assembly lines, manufacturing equipment, or hand tools Proficiency with power tools and hand tools for assembly or maintenance tasks Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly desirable Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift, and move materials throughout shifts. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Knowledge of safety procedures in a manufacturing setting to prevent accidents or injuries Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team We are hiring for a multitude of positions including general assembly, welders, forklift operators, and Maintenance personnel. Pay ranging depending on Position, skill set, and Experience. Pay:
$16.50 - $24.00 per hour
