Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Hiring ASAP! We're looking for a reliable, hardworking General Laborer to join our growing Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) team. This is a full-time, temp-to-permanent opportunity with a company that values dependable employees who are eager to learn and grow. What You'll Do Assist maintenance technicians with preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facility systems. Help disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble equipment under supervision. Gather and stage tools, parts, and materials for maintenance projects. Assist with installing, relocating, and setting up machinery and facility equipment. Perform general maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, lubrication, and minor repairs. Organize and maintain MRO inventory, including tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies. Receive, stock, label, and distribute maintenance materials and equipment. Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies need replenishing. Keep storage areas clean, organized, and safe. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Technical or vocational training is a plus. At least 1 year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and training. Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and material handling equipment. Mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn maintenance skills. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach throughout the workday. Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Occasionally push or move equipment weighing up to 100 pounds. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Why Join Us?
