About the Role We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our warehouse operations team. Whether you bring years of experience or are new to the field, we offer training and ongoing support. Specific responsibilities will be assigned based on experience and discussed during the interview process. Key Responsibilities Receive, organize, and store incoming inventory Accurately pick and pack orders in a timely manner Load and unload shipments as needed Perform routine inventory checks and maintain clean, organized work areas Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all products meet company standards Assist with general janitorial duties to maintain a safe and clean environment What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required — full training is provided Forklift experience a plus, but not required — full training is provided Schedule & Compensation Paid training Full-time, Monday through Friday Experience based compensation Start rate from $19 per hour or higher Why Join Our Team Supportive, team-first work culture Opportunities for overtime Stable, year-round employment
