Job Summary We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team in Toms River, NJ. This position is responsible for receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities Stock and organize inventory in warehouse locations Verify assembled items meet quality standards before packaging/shipping Assist with cycle counts and inventory control Operate warehouse equipment (fork lift, pallet jack, hand truck, etc.) Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures and company policies Work with the team to meet daily shipping deadlines Qualifications Fastener experience preferred Light assembly experience is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs . Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills (scanning, shipping labels, etc.) Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred Skills (Plus, Not Required) Forklift experience / certification Shipping experience (UPS, FedEx, LTL freight) Inventory counting and cycle counting experience Join us as a Warehouse Associate to be part of a dedicated team that values safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
