Job Description
Quality Controls, a UFT company is a representative and stocking distributor of flow control equipment, process equipment and process instrumentation. We maintain a large inventory of valves, gates, actuators and instrumentation to meet our customers' demanding requirements. Quality Controls is seeking a Warehouse Shipping/Receiving Specialist to join our team in Waldwick, NJ. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely handling of incoming and outgoing materials, maintaining stock organization, and supporting product assembly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hardworking, and a team player with prior warehouse/shop experience. This position may also involve occasional field service and offsite training. This position is fully onsite at our Waldwick, NJ warehouse, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. \n What you'll do: Pick, pack, and ship products accurately and efficiently Receive and process inbound materials Utilize the ERP system for shipping, receiving, and assembly tasks Maintain and organize the stockroom and warehouse workspace Perform light janitorial duties including cleaning and sweeping Assist with product assembly and preparation of finished goods for shipment Support field service or jobsite work when required Travel for out of state training at manufacturer locations as needed Training will be provided to teach you the skills and responsibilities needed to be successful in this position Opportunity to grow within the company and explore advancement into other positions Work onsite at our Waldwick, NJ warehouse, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
