Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment such as, forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks safely to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanners to accurately pick and pack customer orders Conduct manual handling tasks including lifting heavy items and stacking pallets with proper safety protocols Prepare shipments by packaging products securely and labeling them correctly for distribution Ensure all warehouse operations comply with safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Experience Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as, forklifts, cherry pickers, or pallet jacks Prior work in warehouse management or distribution centers demonstrating knowledge of order picking, packing, shipping & receiving processes Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management systems, RF scanners, and barcode scanning technology for logistics Experience in manual handling and heavy lifting within a warehouse environment Strong understanding of safety protocols related to materials handling equipment operation and warehouse safety standards Basic math skills for inventory counting and order accuracy verification Warehouse experience involving order fulfillment, stock replenishment, load & unload activities, and packaging procedures This role is paid and offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in a vibrant logistics environment.
