Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support inspection, packaging, and quality activities in a manufacturing and production environment in Albuquerque, NM. This contract opportunity is ideal for candidates who take pride in accuracy, consistency, and following established quality and safety standards. In this role, you will help ensure finished products and production components meet required specifications before moving forward in the packaging and manufacturing process. The work environment is structured, team-focused, and quality-driven, with clear procedures, supportive supervision, and an opportunity to build valuable experience in manufacturing operations, packaging inspection, and quality control. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform online AQL inspections of finished products to verify quality and compliance.
  • Inspect labeling, cartoning, and packaging activities during production.
  • Conduct incoming inspections of production components, including vials, stoppers, seals, filters, and related materials.
  • Follow standard operating procedures, quality guidelines, safety requirements, and regulatory expectations.
  • Maintain accurate inspection documentation, routine reports, and related quality records.
  • Support a clean, safe, organized, and compliant manufacturing work environment. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay rate: $17 per hour.
  • Job type: Contract/Temporary, Contingent Worker W2.
  • Contract length: 4+ months.
  • Schedule:
    Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
  • Lunch:
    30-minute lunch.
  • Location:
    Albuquerque, NM 87109. Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Perform quality inspections of finished products and packaging activities.
  • Inspect incoming production components for accuracy, condition, and compliance.
  • Complete inspection records, documentation, and routine reports accurately.
  • Follow safety rules, operating instructions, procedure manuals, and quality standards.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of three months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to complete routine reports and documentation.
  • Basic math skills, including percentages, proportions, and measurements.
  • Ability to apply basic algebra and geometry concepts in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing and production environment while following strict quality and safety standards. Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, packaging, inspection, or quality control.
  • Experience performing visual inspections or working with AQL standards.
  • Familiarity with production components such as vials, stoppers, seals, filters, labels, or cartons.
  • Comfort working in a regulated or procedure-driven production environment.
