And whoever we're with, whatever we're doing, we always make it real . Position Summary Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the General Laborer will work in a fast-paced production environment. Must be able to work in a variety of areas and departments as needed. Position Responsibilities Ability to learn how to operate equipment such as map sealer, moisture, equipment, etc. Must adhere to all Food Safety, GMP, and Sanitation rules Able to follow directions and perform other tasks as requested Ability to function in a constantly changing environment with a variety of tasks Routinely lifting and stacking 55+/- pound bags and boxes Standing and working for long periods of time Ability to work outdoors/indoors, in hot/cold, noisy, and dusty environments Ensure Food Safety, Legality and Quality of all products Position Requirements Must be able to work weekends and 12-hour shifts Ability to read and complete all paperwork associated with the hiring process, safety procedures and job duties Attention to detail and instruction provided on the job Work in a team setting and coordinate with team members daily Will be required to demonstrate good verbal communication with supervisors
