Responsibilities Organize warehouse distribution activities including stocking shelves, organizing pallets, and managing shipping & receiving processes. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations for efficiency and safety in a fast-paced environment. Gathering all the scrap left out and putting everything into a machine must be able to stand up for long periods of time. Able to work overtime. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers preferred; familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software is essential. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order picking, packing, and inventory adjustments. Hands-on experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment; forklift certification is a plus. Strong data entry skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel for reporting purposes. Knowledge of shipping logistics, order fulfillment processes, and international trade regulations is advantageous. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in stock levels and order processing. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items safely, and work in a physically demanding environment.
