What You'll Do We are looking for an entry-level Warehouse Associate to join our team and support our warehouse and production operations. In this hands-on role, you'll help receive and organize materials, prepare and pack orders, assist with shipments, and contribute to keeping our warehouse safe, clean, and running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn, gain valuable manufacturing experience, and develop new skills in the metal fabrication industry. No previous warehouse experience is necessary; we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed as part of our dedicated team. Receive, organize, and put away materials and supplies Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment or production Load, unload, and move materials safely Support the production team with materials and basic shop tasks Help keep inventory accurate and the warehouse organized Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Learn warehouse, material handling, and metal fabrication processes Who We're Looking For Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn new skills A positive team player who is detail-oriented and takes pride in their work Able to follow directions, work safely, and contribute to a productive shop environment Comfortable standing, walking, and staying active throughout the workday Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds What we Offer Competitive hourly pay with monthly cash bonuses Collaborative workplace where safety, responsibility, and teamwork come first Opportunities to learn metal fabrication and grow into additional responsibilities & roles Paid time off and holidays Employer paid health insurance for associates 401(k) matching Dental insurance Vision insurance
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
