Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard Worker to join our team. As a Yard Worker, you will be responsible for manufacturing concrete blocks, maintaining and improving the appearance of outdoor spaces and keeping equipment organized and clean. This is a hands-on role that requires physical labor and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Manufacture concrete blocks with forms.
• Keep clean a organized work areas.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain equipment.
• Perform general groundskeeping duties to ensure a clean and organized outdoor environment

Experience:

• Experience working with concrete a plus, but will train the right person.
• Familiarity with equipment operation is a plus
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
