Job Description

Job Overview USPRO is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic team for clients on USA PKWY and Fernley. In these role, you will be responsible for executing a variety of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and the safe operation of heavy equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical proficiency with warehouse management systems and material handling equipment, ensuring efficient workflow while adhering to safety regulations. This position offers an engaging environment where teamwork and safety are paramount, supporting the seamless distribution of goods across our supply chain network. Responsibilities Operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, order pickers, pallet jacks, and cranes to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently. Manage inventory control through accurate stock counting, recording using inventory management software, and maintaining organized storage areas. Perform order picking, packing, and shipping & receiving tasks to fulfill customer orders accurately and on time. Ensure proper manual handling techniques are followed to prevent injuries during heavy lifting or materials movement. Adhere strictly to safety protocols and OSHA regulations while using personal protective equipment (PPE) during all warehouse activities. Support warehouse management in implementing inventory management systems like AS400 or similar platforms for real-time stock updates. Assist in stocking shelves, organizing materials, and preparing items for shipment or storage. Load and unload trucks efficiently while maintaining safety standards; document all movements accurately within the warehouse management system. Participate in regular safety training sessions to stay current with safety regulations and best practices. Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations and improve overall productivity. Experience Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes. Prior warehouse supervisor experience or similar leadership roles is preferred. Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, or cranes. Knowledge of inventory management software (e.g., AS400) and warehouse management systems (WMS). Strong understanding of safety regulations including OSHA standards related to materials handling and heavy equipment operation. Demonstrated ability to perform manual handling tasks safely with basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation. Experience with logistics functions such as order fulfillment, shipping & receiving, and load/unload procedures. Ability to operate various material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Technical proficiency with warehouse operations technology including order pickers, pallet jacks, and inventory control tools. INDKM Pay:
