Our client is looking for a dependable Material Handler with forklift experience to support their production and shipping operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable operating a forklift but is also willing to assist in other areas of the plant when needed. The Material Handler will be responsible for moving materials, staging products for shipment, unloading deliveries, and supporting the production team. The right candidate should be safety-minded, reliable, and willing to pitch in wherever help is needed.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a forklift to move materials and products throughout the facility Stage trucks for shipment directly from production lines Deliver boxes and materials to production departments Load and unload drums, pallets, and other materials Assist with loading trucks on the shipping dock Move and stage finished products and materials for shipment Unload incoming deliveries Assist other departments as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all required safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE Perform other general material handling and production support duties as needed

Requirements:

Previous forklift operating experience required Comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse/manufacturing environment Willingness to help in other departments when needed Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Basic math and recording skills Good attention to detail Ability to read, write, and communicate in English High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Pay:

Starting at $19.00/hour, with the ability to go up to $19.50/hour for the right candidate.
