Job Title:
Material Handler - Warehouse (Casino Cabinet Handling)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support warehouse operations involving the movement, storage, andanization of casino cabinets (e.g., slot machine units and related equipment). This role requires safe handling of heavy, sensitive equipment, adnce to inventory procedures, and coordination with warehouse and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely move, load, unload, and stage casino cabinets andponents within the warehouse Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies Inspect cabinets for damage and report any issues or discrepancies Assist with receiving, labeling, and storing iing shipments Pick, pack, and prepare cabinets and parts for outbound shipments Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems Follow all safety guidelines and proper lifting techniques Keep work areas clean,anized, andpliant with safety standards Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse or material handling experience required (experience with electronics or gaming equipment is a plus) Ability to safely lift and move heavy items (typically 50-100 lbs, with assistance when needed) Experience operating forklifts or willingness to be certified Basicputer skills for inventory tracking Strong attention to detail andanizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions:
Warehouse environment with varying temperatures Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting May require overtime or weekend shifts depending on workload
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with handling fragile electronic equipment Knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures and documentation Experience with barcode scanners or warehouse management systems

We are seeking a dependable Material Handler to support warehouse operations involving the movement, storage, and tracking of regulated gaming equipment, including casino cabinets (e.g., slot machine housings and relatedponents). This role requires strict adnce to gaming regulations, chain-of-custody procedures, and internal controls to ensurepliance, security, and accurate inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely move, load, unload, and stage casino cabinets andponents while maintaining fullpliance with gaming regulatory requirements Follow documented chain-of-custody procedures for all gaming devices and sensitiveponents Accurately receive, log, tag, and store iing gaming equipment using approved inventory systems Verify serial numbers, asset tags, and documentation against manifests and regulatory records Maintain secure storage practices, including restricted access areas and proper segregation of regulated equipment Prepare cabinets and parts for shipment in accordance with jurisdictional gamingmission rules andpany SOPs Perform routine audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and regulatorypliance Immediately report discrepancies, damage, or potentialpliance issues to supervisors Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and in accordance with OSHA standards Maintain a clean,anized, and inspection-ready warehouse environment at all times
Compliance & Regulatory Responsibilities:
Ad to all applicable gaming regulations (e.g., state gamingmission requirements) governing the handling, storage, and transportation of casino equipment Maintain eligibility for andpliance with required gaming licenses/permits (as applicable) Participate in internal and external audits and inspections Protect sensitiveponents (e.g., logic boards, bill validators) from tampering, loss, or unauthorized access Ensure documentation isplete, accurate, and audit-ready at all times
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse or material handling experience required; experience with gaming equipment or regulated industries strongly preferred Ability to obtain and maintain any required gaming license or work permit Experience operating forklifts or willingness to be certified Ability to lift and move heavy items (50-100 lbs, with assistance when required) Basicputer skills for inventory tracking and documentation Strong attention to detail, integrity, and accountability in regulated environments Ability to follow strict procedures and maintain confidentiality

Pay Details:
