At Nature's Lab, a division of DrVita, Inc, we are committed to producing high-quality dietary supplements that improve the lives of our customers. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support warehouse and production operations within a fast-paced nutraceutical manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for the safe movement, staging, organization, and handling of raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods while maintaining accuracy, cleanliness, and compliance with cGMP, safety, and company standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a regulated manufacturing environment where accuracy and accountability matter. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Receive, move, stage, and transport raw materials, packaging, and finished good throughout the facility Pull and prepare materials for production based on work orders and production schedules Verify item counts, lot numbers, labels, and documentation for accuracy Support inventory accuracy through proper material handling and organization Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and responsibly Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse and staging areas Follow all cGMP, safety, sanitation, and company procedures Assist with cycle counts, inventory checks, and warehouse organization projects Communicate material shortages, damaged product, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns promptly Support production and warehouse teams as needed to maintain operational flow Why People Like Working with Us Collaborative team that values practical solutions and continuous improvement. Requirements:
Qualifications Previous warehouse, material handling, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred Valid forklift certification required Experience safely operating forklifts and warehouse equipment required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail Basic computer skills and ability to complete documentation accurately Strong attendance, reliability, and accountability required Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety requirements consistently Experience in food, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or cGMP environments is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift Ability to frequently lift, move, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and work safely in warehouse and production environments Must be comfortable working at elevated heights and operating lifts safely when required Must maintain constant alertness, focus, and situational awareness while operating equipment and working around moving machinery and personnel Comfortable working around warehouse equipment, production activity, noise, dust, and varying temperatures Work Environment This position works within warehouse and manufacturing areas in a cGMP-regulated nutraceutical facility. Employees are expected to follow all safety, GMP, sanitation, and PPE requirements while maintaining professionalism, teamwork, and operational efficiency. Final candidate will be required to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, as condition of employment in a GMP-regulated facility.
