Updated 08/2026 Job Description Job Summary Job Summary Were seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team, responsible for performing various tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of goods. Key Responsibilities

Receiving and Inventory:

Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips or purchase orders, and store materials in designated locations.

Order Preparation:

Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling items according to customer requirements.

Inventory Management:

Perform regular inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse.

Equipment Operation:

Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.

Safety and Security:

Assist in maintaining security and safety standards within the warehouse and follow company policies and procedures. Requirements

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills:

Basic math and computer skills. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks. Attention to detail and accuracy in work. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Experience:

Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is desired. Working Conditions Fast-paced environment: Frequent lifting and moving of materials. Variable temperatures and noise levels: Exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels. Physical demands: Standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods. Additional Desired Qualifications

Inventory Management Systems:

Familiarity with inventory management systems.

Forklift Certification:

Forklift certification is a plus.

Safety Knowledge:

Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.

Flexibility:

Ability to work different shifts as needed.
