6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Job Summary We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to perform maintenance, repairs, and modifications on mobile office trailers and modular buildings. This position requires hands-on experience with a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities
Perform repairs and maintenance on mobile office trailers, including:
Framing and finish carpentry
Electrical work
Flooring installation and repair
Plumbing repairs
Painting and finishing work
Running gear maintenance
General modular building repairs
Conduct check-in/check-out inspections of rental units to identify repair needs and document customer damages for billing purposes.
Create floor plan drawings as needed.
Complete customer-requested modifications and upgrades.
Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, parts, and materials required for service work.
Provide professional and courteous customer service both in person and over the phone.
Explain repairs, service work, and recommendations to customers.
Ensure units meet quality standards and are ready for scheduled deliveries.
Perform service-related tasks in the yard and at field locations as business needs require.
Complete delivery, pickup, service call, and repair documentation accurately.
Perform HVAC inspections and routine maintenance according to company guidelines.
Qualifications
Experience with construction, maintenance, carpentry, or general repair work preferred.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, flooring, painting, and HVAC systems is a plus.
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy materials and equipment.
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in varying weather conditions throughout the workday.
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
