Duties Operate reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment safely to load and unload shipments Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory, process orders, and update stock levels accurately Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, ensuring quality control standards are met Manage shipping and receiving tasks by verifying incoming goods and preparing outbound deliveries Stock shelves efficiently, ensuring proper organization for easy access and inventory accuracy Assist with warehouse distribution activities including order fulfillment, packaging, and load & unload operations Conduct regular safety checks on equipment and maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety standards Experience Prior warehouse experience is highly preferred, especially in picking & packing or order fulfillment roles Hands-on experience operating reach trucks, forklifts, or other heavy equipment is desirable; certification is a plus Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to streamline inventory processes Knowledge of materials handling techniques including stock rotation and mechanical knowledge of warehouse tools Experience in shipping & receiving procedures along with quality control practices for ensuring product integrity Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during stock loading/unloading activities Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous but not required; leadership skills are valued for potential growth opportunities Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in logistics!
