: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Associate Lead to join our team immediately. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing inventory control, and leading a team to ensure efficient distribution center functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive warehouse experience, and a comprehensive understanding of logistics and materials handling. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, and inventory management to ensure smooth operations Lead and motivate warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative team environment focused on safety and productivity Operate and oversee the use of material handling equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners safely and efficiently Implement process improvements using lean management principles to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce waste Maintain accurate inventory records utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software Coordinate logistics activities with third-party logistics providers (3PL) for timely distribution Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards across all warehouse operations Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to maintain inventory accuracy Oversee shipping & receiving processes, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to quality standards Communicate effectively with management regarding operational issues, staffing needs, and safety concerns

Requirements:

Proven experience in warehouse operations, including leadership roles such as warehouse supervisor or team lead Strong knowledge of warehouse distribution, inventory control, logistics, and materials handling procedures Hands-on experience operating forklifts, heavy lifting equipment, and using RF scanners Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively with strong managerial communication skills Knowledge of lean management practices and process improvement strategies within a distribution environment Understanding of OSHA safety standards related to warehouse operations Experience working in a 3PL or distribution center environment is highly desirable Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting while maintaining safety protocols If you are a motivated leader with extensive warehouse experience eager to make an immediate impact, we encourage you to apply today.
