Warehouse assistant/driver

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Warehouse Assistant/Driver to join our logistics team. Duties Safely operate a variety of heavy equipment including pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse. Assist with inventory management by conducting stock counts, updating inventory control and ensuring accurate stock levels. Pick and pack orders efficiently using order picking techniques, ensuring accuracy for shipping & receiving processes. Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods. Maintain organized warehouse distribution areas by stocking supplies, managing materials handling tasks, and supporting warehouse tasks. Support shipping & receiving operations by preparing shipments, verifying orders against packing lists, and coordinating with carriers for timely deliveries. Operate heavy machinery with mechanical knowledge to support manufacturing. Follow safety protocols diligently to promote a safe working environment for all team members. Skills Proven experience in warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment. Experience operating pallet jacks Skilled in materials handling, stocking, picking & packing, and load & unload procedures. Experience in shipping & receiving processes within manufacturing or distribution settings. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during daily operations.
