Warehouse Associate / 62805 $20/HR Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Sapphire Recruitment is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations including receiving, shipping, and inventory control at an established company. This role is essential to ensuring accurate order fulfillment, timely deliveries, and efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, process, and ship products in alignment with orders and schedules Use barcode scanners, inventory systems, and warehouse software to track materials Pack, label, and prepare shipments according to detailed instructions Load/unload trucks and break down large shipments into smaller quantities Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and quality checks Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate with freight partners Monitor and report discrepancies such as shortages, overages, or quality issues Support expedited and priority ("hot") shipments as needed Assist with warehouse organization, cleanliness, and process improvements

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of warehouse, inventory, or distribution experience High school diploma or equivalent experience Familiarity with modern warehouse practices and inventory systems Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy Basic math and computer skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and follow standard procedures

Preferred:

Forklift certification or experience Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations
