Responsibilities Dismantle electronic components and sort materials to facilitate efficient recycling processes. Monitor conveyor systems to identify and extract specific shredded materials, ensuring high-quality output. Utilize hand pallet jacks to transport skids and heavy equipment throughout the warehouse floor. Maintain a high standard of workplace organization to promote safety and operational flow. Contribute to team goals by assisting with various facility tasks as needed to support production targets. Qualifications Required Skills Prior experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment. Proven ability to perform heavy material handling tasks safely. Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move materials throughout a full shift. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or processing setting.
