Production Working Requirements:

Lift, stack, and handle lumber Operate sawmill equipment Ability to learn and grow with a team Ability to follow procedures and directions Be able to lift 50-80 lbs Have reliable transportation - Attendance is KEY Able to handle a fast-paced environment Able to stand for long periods of time Able to bend, twist and walk continuously OSHA required steel or composite toe footwear This is an entry level position and we are willing to train those who possess a willingness to learn various processes, are reliable, and who can work in a safe manner. Our ideal applicants must have a reliable source of transportation to work. As an entry level position, compensation will be based on experience and expertise. Rate is based on level of lumber experience in manufacturing, equipment operation or general lumber knowledge.
