Warehouse Associate

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods within our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, experience with warehouse management systems, and a commitment to safety and accuracy. This position plays a vital role in maintaining seamless warehouse operations, supporting order fulfillment, and contributing to our overall supply chain success. Duties Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport goods safely within the warehouse. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to accurately track inventory movements. Assist with shipping and receiving processes, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using order picker equipment and packaging materials. Stock shelves efficiently while maintaining organized storage areas to facilitate quick access. Support inventory management activities including cycle counts and stock replenishment. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate stock levels. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the warehouse environment. Use basic math skills to verify quantities and calculate weights or measurements as needed. Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage. Requirements Prior experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, or similar ERP platforms. Valid forklift certification; experience operating reach trucks and pallet jacks is highly desirable. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing, and inventory control. Familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment processes is a plus. Ability to operate RF scanners accurately for order picking and inventory updates. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in fast-paced settings. Basic math skills for verifying quantities, weights, and measurements. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
