Warehouse Operator and Driver PowerPak | Congers, NY Distribution Center | 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM |
Full-Time, Hourly Pay:
$22.00 - $23/hour, based on experience • Every day looks a little different. That's the point. At PowerPak, we keep contractors, municipalities, and utility crews stocked and running same-day, no excuses. Our Warehouse Operator/Drivers are how we make that happen. Some days you're behind the wheel of a 26' box truck running routes across the NY metro (with the occasional trip to Philly, Baltimore, or Boston). Other days you're on the floor picking, packing, and keeping the warehouse moving. Either way, you're never standing still, and you're never doing it alone. What you'll be doing Driving a 26' box truck on local delivery routes, rush orders, and same-day deliveries Running pre-trip and post-trip inspections and securing loads the right way, every time Getting orders to the jobsite, getting proof of delivery, and keeping dispatch in the loop Picking, packing, and fulfilling orders with RF handhelds and our
SNAP WMS
when you're not on the road Pitching in on receiving, stocking, cycle counts, and keeping the warehouse squared away Working with our Fulfillment and Logistics team daily to figure out where you're needed most What you bring A valid driver's license and a clean driving record Experience driving a 26' box truck (or something similar) Some time in a warehouse: picking, packing, replenishment, whatever the flavor Ability to pass a DOT physical for non-CDL commercial vehicle operation You know the NY metro roads, or you can read a route and figure it out fast High school diploma or equivalent Bonus points if you have: a CDL or box truck endorsement, 2+ years delivering, experience with RF scanners or WMS platforms like SNAP/SnapFulfil, or you've worked in NetSuite before. Physical requirements:
Regularly lifts/carries up to 50 lbs, occasionally up to 75 lbs with a team lift; frequent loading/unloading of a box truck; extended sitting while driving alternating with standing, walking, and bending in the warehouse; work in varying warehouse/dock conditions.
