Role:
A leading regional commercial contracting and property restoration firm is seeking a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. This role is essential to our daily operations—responsible for preparing orders, pulling materials, maintaining equipment, and keeping our product flow running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment & Inventory:
Pick, pack, and prepare customer/job orders for outbound shipping and job site delivery; conduct daily cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
Equipment & Material Handling:
Safely operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts to move products and retrieve items from high-rack storage areas.
Vehicle & Job Deliveries:
Drive company trucks or vans for local deliveries, including loading and unloading materials and equipment.
Machinery Maintenance:
Assist with basic maintenance, distribution, and upkeep of specialty restoration machinery (e.g., dehumidifiers, water extractors, grinding machines, rip-up tools).
Facility Maintenance:
Keep warehouse, staging areas, and loading docks clean, organized, safe, and shrink-wrapped for daily operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience:
2+ years of general warehouse experience preferred.
Certifications:
Active Forklift Certification required .
Driver's License:
Valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record.
Skills:
Experience with basic equipment/machinery maintenance is a strong plus; fundamental computer skills required.
Physical Demands:
Able to frequently lift 1-75 lbs (up to 100 lbs occasionally), stand for long periods, and perform repetitive manual tasks (bending, twisting, reaching).
Communication:
Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Work Ethic:
Highly motivated, punctual, and reliable with a focus on workplace safety and team collaboration.
