Inspect incoming deliveries for damage, verify item quantities against purchase orders, and record received stock in our ERP/inventory system. Handle sensitive electronic components according to ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and humidity control guidelines. Unpack, label, and route incoming parts to proper bin locations or production departments. Report any discrepancies, damaged goods, or vendor shipping errors to procurement immediately.

Shipping:

Pick, pack, and prepare finished electronic products and parts for shipment according to customer orders and safety protocols. Select appropriate packaging materials (anti-static bags, bubble wrap, custom foam inserts) to prevent freight damage. Generate shipping labels, packing slips, customs documentation, and bills of lading (BOLs) using major carrier software (FedEx, UPS, DHL, LTL freight). Schedule carrier pickups and coordinate dock deliveries.
