Paid vacation Job Summary The Warehouse Associate will support day-to-day warehouse operations and assist with material deliveries to job sites. This role includes loading/unloading delivery trucks, working with subcontractors, maintaining organized inventory. Key Responsibilities Deliver materials to specific job sites (East Syracuse and surrounding areas as needed) Load and unload delivery trucks Load and unload materials for subcontractors Operate company vehicles (requires ability to drive safely and reliably) Work with pallet jacks and forklifts Operate and assist with a cutting machine (as trained/assigned) Support warehouse productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment Perform stock counting, order picking & packing, and shipping & receiving Maintain organization and documentation related to inventory and orders Qualifications / Requirements Previous flooring experience preferred Clean driving record required Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Basic math skills for inventory calculations and order accuracy Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and safety Physical / Safety Requirements (Typical for this role) Ability to load/unload materials and move items safely in warehouse and jobsite environments- ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
