Inspect and secure loads before leaving the warehouse. Verify customer orders before loading and confirm deliveries with customers upon unloading. Provide professional, courteous service at customer locations. Receive incoming shipments from vendors. Pick, stage, and load customer orders accurately. Assist with cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy. Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely. Assist with general warehouse duties as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies. Driver Requirements Clean driving record with a demonstrated commitment to safe, professional driving. Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required. Class A CDL is a plus. Current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (Medical Card). Previous commercial truck driving or delivery experience preferred. Ability to pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen, background check, FMCSA Clearinghouse query, motor vehicle record review, and company road test. Meet all U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) physical qualification requirements. Warehouse Requirements Ability to safely lift, move, and handle building materials weighing up to 100 pounds, using assistance or material-handling equipment when appropriate. Forklift experience preferred; certification is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy. Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
