Summary Blockbuster Costumes is seeking dedicated and responsible Fulfillment Associates for to support our fast paced picking and shipping departments. The ideal candidate will be able to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. We're looking for a individuals who are eager to work as part of a team as well as independently, who are detail oriented, organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Schedule & Overtime:

We offer flexible scheduling across all 7 days and shifts. Overtime opportunities are frequently available and may be requested or approved for employees who consistently meet performance and attendance expectations. Responsibilities Picking and filling orders from stock Packing and shipping orders Maintaining accurate inventory counts Performing quality control checks on products before they are shipped. Ensuring the warehouse and your workspaces are organized and clean Communicating with team members and managers to resolve any issues that arise Assisting other departments as needed, including receiving and inventory Minimum Requirements Strong reading and critical thinking skills to carry out work orders Able to climb a rolling staircases (required) Physical Stamina- Able to work on foot for extended periods (required) Basic skill set for use of tablets, scanners & computers (required) Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs, bending, reaching and pushing and pulling 1 year experience in a similar role is a plus Reliable mode of transportation Candidate must be organized and able to take direction for daily duties, be goal oriented, be open to accepting opportunities for improvement, and be comfortable working in a physically demanding high paced environment. Pay:

From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 12.0 - 40.0 per week
