Material Handler (Machine Shop)

Full-Time Compenstation:

$18.00 - $19.00 We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Material Handler to support our Machine Shop operations. This role is critical in ensuring materials are received, stored, and delivered efficiently to keep production running safely and smoothly. Responsibilities Receive and organize incoming materials into inventory Store materials safely and in proper locations Stage raw materials for machine shop workstations Manage material flow throughout the shop floor Support machine operators as needed Perform ERP/system transactions accurately Assist with identifying and creating storage locations Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements Qualifications Minimum 2 years of machine shop or manufacturing experience Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to read blueprints and schematics Familiarity with manufacturing processes Comfortable using hand tools and measuring instruments Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to communicate effectively in English Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable with repetitive movements (lifting, bending, pushing, pulling) Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment Company Website https://www.selux.us/ Company Profile Employ­ment Selux Cor­po­ra­tion has a suc­cess­ful track record of tremen­dous growth and sus­tain­abil­ity as a world-wide man­u­fac­turer of archi­tec­turally designed lumi­naires, nes­tled right here in the Hudson Valley.
